convenient location helpful staff fresh towels thorough cleaning
the hotel's location was very convenient. i walked easily to the night bazaar each evening. the staff provided a map with key locations. the room was cleaned thoroughly each day and fresh towels were always available.
The gym was small, and i found it a little warm. The air conditioning wasn't very strong.

the pool area featured several lounge chairs and umbrellas! it created a relaxing space near the bustle of the city. breakfast included a variety of both western and local choices each morning.

kitchen noise outside fan
the breakfast was acceptable, nothing special but it did the job.
the noise was a real issue. i could hear everything from the kitchen starting very early, around 4:30 am. the kitchen fan was right outside my window. i was quite disappointed.

The hotel location is great. It is in the middle of the tourist area and near many restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was large and had good air conditioning.
The hotel is a bit outdated. The bed was not very comfortable. There were not many convenient charging points in the room.
